Hocus Pocus Tag

Is everyone ready for Halloween? I am super excited about taking my grandbabies trick or treating this year! They are going as Batman & Robin! Too cute!!
I made this cute little tag for a Halloween scrapbook page I am working on and thought I would enter it in CARDZ TV - COLOR CHALLENGE #7 "HAPPY HALLOWEEN"
